Raid Rules 1., We use the websites' schedule to publish regular and irregular events. We mark regular raids on Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday as priority "high", which marks it red on the schedule. We expect every member of Dark Omen with the rank Trial and above to sign for (RSVP to) every regular event. This does not mean you have to attend, we just need to know who we have to chose from when making a group. RSVP as either 'Attending' or 'Not Attending'. The other statusses we do not use. If you do use one of the other 2, we will look at it as if you chose 'Attending', including the expectations and penalties that are bound to that status. You can RSVP/sign up until 14:00h on the day of the event. This is realm time. Signing up later, or not at all, will not make you eligible to join and will also earn you a +3000 GP penalty. We expect everyone that RSVP'd to the event as Attending to be online at 19:45h (realm time) on their main character, fully ready to go. Please be advised that the Ragnaros realm has a high population and that queues may occur. Do not wait till 19:44h (realm time) to log on if you can. Not being online at the start of the raid will result in a +3000 GP penalty. If you get stuck in a queue, inform Tinkle on Mumble. If she is not contactable notify another officer of the delay. Procrastination is not a valid reason to not get the +GP penalty. Check the event details, raidpicks will be published there, if possible around 15:00h (realm time). Keep in mind that this might not always be possible, we do our best to be as fast as we realistically can. If you are put on Standby for a raid, please be online at 19:45h (still realm time) until the raid starts. After that you can either do in-game what you like, or log off. Please be contactable in case we need replacements. We would like to remind everyone that no one is guaranteed a raidspot in every raid. Everyone, and this includes the officers, gets rotated. If you are on standby, please be standby. Changing to not attending when you are on standby will be noted and will be taken into consideration for future raidpicks. Doing this too often can result into a +GP penalty or a demotion. We ask a regular raid attendance of 66% minimum from every raider. Falling below that for longer periods might result in a demotion. Real life happens, we know that, so do keep us informed if it does. Emergencies can always happen, but we need everyone to realize that other members are counting on you to do as you promised. Failing to make good on your promise (repeatedly) for vague or childish reasons will get you kicked from the guild.
